On this day, 13 May 2018, Ms Ngoc Hien Phan and Ms Lim 'Mimi' Srey My are pleased to announce the creation of The Hien and Mimi Foundation.

Dedicated to preventing and alleviating human suffering caused by sadomoralism, where ever it may be found.

Saving people from the people who want to save them.

Introduction

Some people just like to hurt other people.

The word we have for these people in English is sadists. But 'sadist' is actually a French word. Or one of the many thousands of words that French has contributed to the English language.

The original sadist was the Marquis de Sade. He was a French nobleman who lived about 250 years ago. He wrote extensively on kinky sex and hurting other people. And he was jailed for same several times during his life.

While the Marquis de Sade is perhaps the world's most famous sadist, and while he did give his name to the word, obviously the Marquis de Sade wasn't the world's first sadist. And equally obviously he can't have been the last. People like him have always existed in every culture all over the world, and still exist today.

However while these people exist today, most of them can't admit it to themselves. It's no longer fashionable to enjoy hurting others, and so they must hide in plain sight. It's not like the nobility exists today, and so it's not like they can prey upon ordinary people, as the feudal or medieval nobility could prey on peasants who had to swear oaths of homage and fealty.

Most modern sadists need a disguise. Most modern sadists need a way to acquire coercive power over people. That's difficult in this modern world. Thus it is, for these reasons and a variety of others, that most modern sadists are drawn to working for the government. If they flunk out of the police, the army or the bureaucracy, then some other organisation or NGO that specialises in 'saving' or 'rescuing' people. This way they can inflict harm and pain on others, and at the same time pretend they are doing it for some altruistic motive.

Sadomoralism

We are Hien and Mimi. We were arbitrarily arrested, tortured and sexually abused in Cambodia by the Australian Federal Police. Then we were wrongfully imprisoned in a private jail run by the now disgraced liar and fraud Somaly Mam.

As to why we were arbitrarily arrested, tortured, sexually abused by the Australian Federal Police we cannot say. If you really want to know, we invite you to write to the Australian Federal Police as ask? However, that will probably be a waste of time because our guess is they won't reply and aren't saying.

While we can't be certain, we we would guess we were attacked was to 'save' us from consensual sex inside a stable long term relationship.

And again, while we can't be certain, we we would guess we were attacked to save us from consensual sex inside a stable long term relationship, because Anglophone nations presently believe that consensual sex is harmful, and must be prevented. Given that the Anglo nations are the only nations on this planet that currently 'know', or claim to 'know', that consensual sex is harmful, this explains why the Australian Federal Police have to fly to places like Cambodia to prevent consensual sex. The poor foolish Cambodians, and all the other people in the world, aren't aware that consensual sex is harmful.

As to why the various Anglophone nations have come to believe that consensual sex is harmful, we cannot say -- given that as we all know, consensual sex is essential for the survival of our species, and furthermore, most people find it to be quite pleasant. Given consensual sex is essential for our survival, and pleasant, you would think it ought to be encouraged, and so we have no idea why Anglo's think it is harmful. If you really want to know, we invite you to write to the various governments of Anglo nations, maybe also their institutions,religions and philosophers, as ask? However, that will probably be a waste of time because our guess is they won't reply and aren't saying.

Whatever the causes and motivations, one of the many things these events in our lives have taught us, is prevalence and harm done by sadomoralism.

The attack on us and the subsequent complaints we filed about it have taught us that Anglo's are hypocritical racists, They are condescending and arrogant, always convinced of their superiority over anyone and every who does not have White skin does not speak English.

We have founded the Hien and Mimi Foundation to highlight the harm done by this racism and hypocrisy, and to bring Anglo sadomoralism to an end.
